Since 1982, the University of Warwick Science Park (UWSP) has provided an attractive and well-equipped environment for knowledge and technology-based businesses to grow.

Our science and technology park has the perfect space for office, workshop and laboratory-based activities across four sites in Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull. It is co-located with leading research from the University of Warwick and supported by an in-house business support team and augmented by access to the University’s Innovation Group.

Scale Up Space, University of Warwick

The University of Warwick Science Park’s main 42 acre site features ample space for rapidly expanding businesses on an attractive green campus. These include a range of flexible units and stand-alone buildings containing office space for up to 15 people (1,400 ft² / 130 m²) and our largest space (22,000 ft² / 2,044 m²) for up to 250 people, ideal for office, workshop and laboratory-based activities and offering flexible fit-out options.

Viscount Centres
