About Warwick Innovation Centre
Warwick Innovation Centre is located in Warwick Technology Park, a short drive from the M40 and between the town centres of Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa on a superb site close to Warwick Castle. Warwick Innovation Centre is a purpose-built facility for start-up and growing tech-based businesses. It’s a joint venture between the University of Warwick and Warwickshire County Council, designed to meet the specific needs of innovative businesses in the county.
Warwick Innovation Centre offers adaptable accommodation on flexible leases ranging from one-person incubators to units for up to 20 people (2,000 ft² / 186 m²) with four tenant meeting rooms. Access to a wide range of Business Support Services and facilitated access to research and facilities of the University of Warwick.
Our spaces
Flexible leases of between one and three years will be offered according to individual circumstances. Whatever the form of occupational agreement, renewals can be offered.
Meeting rooms
We have a variety of modern meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 50 people. Whether you’re hosting a board meeting or showcasing a product to potential customers, the professional setting of Warwick Innovation Centre will leave a lasting impression on your visitors.
All of our meeting rooms are equipped with excellent connectivity and video conferencing for seamless hybrid meetings. They also feature coffee-making facilities and can be arranged in various layouts to suit your needs.
