About The Venture Centre
The Venture Centre is designed to provide a business lounge for non-resident members, starter units for new tech companies and scale-up accommodation for companies who see themselves requiring larger space elsewhere at the University of Warwick Science Park. The Venture Centre offers high-quality, purpose-designed accommodation with flexible leases, but it also provides a wide range of Business Support Services and facilitated access to the research power of University of Warwick, along with campus amenities that offer the conveniences of a small town for visitors and staff.
Within The Venture Centre, there are 4 well-equipped, air-conditioned meeting rooms with modern video conferencing facilities. The rooms can be hired on a flexible basis – hourly or half-daily – and catering provides freshly made coffee and refreshments for those important business meetings. A lovely conservatory offers a relaxed environment to have your lunch or conduct small informal meetings and catch-ups with your neighbours. Access to our attractive Business Lounge is available on application.
Our spaces
Units for one to two people (240 ft² / 22 m²) to space for up to 15 people (1,149 ft² / 106 m²) are available on flexible leases of one to three years according to individual circumstances. The office space at the University of Warwick Science Park offers leases that can be renewed when required.

We have a variety of modern meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 50 people. Whether you’re hosting a board meeting or showcasing a product to potential customers, the professional setting of The Venture Centre will leave a lasting impression on your visitors.
All of our meeting rooms are equipped with excellent connectivity and video conferencing for seamless hybrid meetings. They also feature coffee-making facilities and can be arranged in various layouts to suit your needs.
