About the Business Innovation Centre
The Business Innovation Centre in Coventry is located on Binley Business Park in the heart of the UK. It is a joint venture between Coventry City Council, Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce and The University of Warwick. This modern building was constructed to build on the joint strengths of the partners to create and foster growth of tech-based companies.
Companies that locate to this centre will not only benefit from high quality, purpose-designed office space accommodation that offers flexible leases, and a wide range of Business Support Services and facilitated access to research and facilities of the University of Warwick.
Our spaces
Located 10 miles east of Coventry, the centre provides up to 39 units, with spaces available from one to two people (240 ft² / 22 m²), to larger spaces for up to 20 people (1,700 ft² / 158 m²). Standard lease terms range from six months to three years.
Meeting rooms
We have a variety of modern meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 50 people. Whether you’re hosting a board meeting or showcasing a product to potential customers, the professional setting of the Business Innovation Centre will leave a lasting impression on your visitors.
All of our meeting rooms are equipped with excellent connectivity and video conferencing for seamless hybrid meetings. They also feature coffee-making facilities and can be arranged in various layouts to suit your needs.
Meeting room 1 and 2 can be combined to form one larger space, perfect for hosting workshops or larger meetings.
