Innovate UK have launched a number of funding competitions to help tackle industry challenges ranging from AI Solutions to clean energy demonstrators.

Collaborative R&D: Creative Catalyst
UK registered businesses can apply for a share of up to £2 million for projects that develop new innovative products and tools for the UK creative industry. This funding is part of Innovate UK’s Creative Catalyst.

India – UK Collaborative R&D for industrial sustainability Rd 2
UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £2 million for innovative proposals developed with India. You must collaborate with at least one Indian business applying under the equivalent Technology Development Board programme.

Innovate UK Smart grants: November 2024
UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £15 million for game changing and commercially viable R&D innovations that can significantly impact the UK economy. This funding is from Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation.

Contracts for Innovation: Clean Energy Demonstrators in Tanzania
Organisations can apply for a share of up to £1.8 million, inclusive of VAT, to develop innovative clean energy demonstrators in Tanzania.

AI solutions to develop AI competencies in key sectors
UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £2 million for Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to support AI upskilling in BridgeAI key sectors. This funding is from Innovate UK.

Quantum Missions pilot: Quantum Computing and Quantum Networks
UK registered businesses can apply for a share of up to £9.5 million for Quantum Computing (QC) and Quantum Networks (QN) projects. This funding is from Innovate UK.
