Innovate UK have launched a number of funding competitions to help tackle industry challenges ranging from AI innovation to UK-Canada collaboration.

BridgeAI Innovation Exchange: Empowering AI Innovation
UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £350,000 for five month projects. This funding is from Innovate UK’s BridgeAI programme.

UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £1.8 million to target the growth of the cyber security sector and the development of cyber security skills. This funding is from the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT).

Innovate UK innovation loans future economy: Round 20
UK registered businesses can apply for loans for innovative projects with strong commercial potential to significantly improve the UK economy.

Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP): 2025 – 2026 Round 1
UK registered academic institutions, RTOs or Catapults can apply for a share of up to £9 million to fund innovation projects with businesses or not for profits.

UK registered organisations can apply for a share of up to £3 million for collaboration with Canadian SMEs on joint R&D projects.
