Established in 1994, the Minerva Business Angel Network provides a forum of private investors from all walks of life to support emerging technology businesses. The network is part of the University of Warwick Science Park and has a long and successful track record in preparing companies to attract the right kind of funding. An independent report has identified Minerva as the 3rd most active Angel Network in the UK, as well as the 2nd most active investor in Cleantech.
Since 2010, we have managed over 177 deals, leveraging £120 million in additional funding. The Angel Network consists of over 100 investors and receives over 500 applicants per year, with over 100 pitches. Through our network of funding opportunities—including VC funds, banks, and other Angel groups—we open doors to the resources businesses need to thrive and scale.
