You can join our community in a variety of ways:

• Through our business support activity – You will have access to events, workshops, business support and networking opportunities.
• As a non-resident member – Will give you access to our business lounges and registered address at the Science Park.
• As a resident member – You are a tenant or occupier in our innovation centre offices, scale-up space or start-up incubator.

We offer flexible short-term and long-term leases at the Science Park. All of our leases are renewable to accommodate company growth.

Warwick Science Park delivers a variety of business support services that companies can utilise to facilitate growth and innovation. These include start-up facilities and incubation by Ignite, access to finance, skills and knowledge support through the Business Ready programme and augmented by equity investments through the Minerva Business Angel Network. Access to market support is powered by Techmark, the science park’s technical marketing consultancy.

Warwick Science Park is proud to offer a wealth of spaces for office, workshop and laboratory activities and services including Business Support, venues for corporate events, conferences, and facilitated access to the University’s scientific facilities and equipment. Training, public events, sports facilities, lectures, and short courses are also accessible on application.
